2024 Gen Z Conference

We are hosting our Gen Z Youth Conference and

Back to School Event on

August 2-3, 2024

at the United Way of Greater Houston’s Community Resource Center.

This

event is being held for youth between the ages of 16 to 20 and we are expecting to

have over 260 youth in attendance.

Events

We have exciting activities planned for this event, including College Recruitment, Career Day/Career Workshop, Cinematography and Photography Workshop, guest speakers that will provide career advice, personal and professional development advice, and educational advice. Along with other interactive activities for the youth on both days.

College Recruitment

Learn about higher education opportunities from local colleges.

Career Day

Get a jump on interviewing skills, and the whole hiring process during career day. Get interviewed by local and national companies. You never know you might land a career.

Workshops and Seminar

Gain valuable information from some of the nations most influential entrepreneurs, business leaders, and social media influencers. Topics on self development, entrepreneurship, Relationships in personal and business atmospheres and much more.

Film and Photo Workshop

Want to see what it's like to be behind the camera? Maybe you want to be in front of the camera to show case your talents. This workshop will be an hands on active learning the ends and outs of the production industry.

Dance Competition

Let's see those dance moves. Both team and individuals competition. With a nice prize for the winners.

School Supply Giveaway

We will be giving away backpacks and school supplies during this event.
