About Program

New Nation Center Film and Music Program will allow youth and young adults the opportunity to explore the entertainment industry and it's functions hands on. NNC studio will produce TV series, documentaries, short films and more being produced by the youth and young adults that are enrolled in the program. These programs will run year round so participates will constantly be in a learning environment preparing them for their future.

Programs

All programs are available for youth and young adults between the ages of 15 and 25, do to the nature and seriousness of the program participants must be of age and have matured to a level to receive instruction and act upon such instruction. You don't have to understand or have any knowledge in the field but we ask that only serious participants who want to pursue a career in the entertainment field apply for this program.

Recording Engineering

Learn the ends and outs of audio recording and editing for both music, film and tv. Receive hands on experience while you produce recordings for the world to hear.

Film / TV Production

Quite on the set this is a take!! Want to get behind the camera, be a stage manager or produce and direct? Learn what it take to produce short films, tv series and more.

Social Media Entertainment

Learn how to make videos for social media

Acting

Gain skills in acting, speech and movement, and become a leading artist in film and TV. You will also have the opportunity to be seen in some of NNC's upcoming production.

Singers

Have you always wanted to learn to sing better but haven't resources? In this program you will learn how to develop your voice and musical arrangements. Participants who are serious about pursuing a singing career will have music released under NNC Label.

Public Relations

Good at speaking in front of the camera or large crowds. In this program you will practice managing and disseminating information from an individual or an organization to the public in order to influence their perception.

Praise and Worship Choir

This will be a performance choir singing both new, old and original music.

Ages are 14 to 23 years of age.

The heart of any nonprofit is in the work that volunteers willingly gives to support the dreams of tomorrows leaders. We are always searching for experienced professionals to join our team in educating our youth and providing a safe environment for youth and young adult to learn and develop their individual crafts. Income Guidelines

Being that we are a nonprofit and look to provide programs to all youth, young adults and adults in our reach. There are fees for program participation and are based on the federal income levels listed below. During your application you will be asked income questions, to qualify you must submit proof of income. If you also receive help for the Texas Health and Human Services Division please submit proof of benefits along with proof of income. For families who don't meet income requirements fees will given when your application is received. Our fee are much lower than most organizations at $175 dollars per child paid over 3 to 4 months. We do have plans for paylatey for dues like PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm

A breakdown of all fees will be given to you when accepted into the program. We also hold fundraising events ( no candy, car washing, pizza nights etc) thought the year to help with funding both those who are above and below income guidelines. We also encourage our parents and participates to have fundraisers to help in lower the cost and expansion of our programs.

For a family of 2 -$19,720

For a family of 3 - $24,860

For a family of 4 - $30,000

For a family of 5 - $35,140

For a family of 6 - $40,280

For a family of 7 - $45,420

For a family of 8 - $50,560

For a family of 9+ Add $5,140 for each extra person
